By purchasing from this shop you are agreeing to all store policies - 

Please make sure that you WANT the item you are purchasing - I will not accept a return simply because you changed your mind about wanting it. 

Preorders can take up to 8 - 10 weeks for manufacturing. Please be aware of this, and I ask that you do not request a refund because of this wait period. My designs exist based on preorders because this is a small business - so I will not accept returns or refund requests on preordered items. I will however be happy to substitute for an item of the same value, instead.

The following policies are only valid within 30 days of delivery:
 


  1. If your item arrived damaged - this includes missing enamel or damaged metal in pins, or tears and holes in fabric items. 

  2. If the wrong item arrived! This is not supposed to happen, but if it does, I will exchange the item with the correct you one ordered. 

  3. If the item does not arrive at all I will issue a refund/exchange if you wish! Please allow up to 2 weeks shipping time for domestic orders, and up to a month for international orders.
